SPR# MLOT49DM28 - Fixed a problem which would cause internet addresses with an extraneous period at the end to be constructed using the Global Domain rules. This could cause an address such as "user@company.com." to be reconstructed to user@company.com.%Domain@internetdomain.com, and make it unusable.
